The 2009 Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT 2009) will be held at RAF Fairford on 18 and 19 July 2009.

FIVE pairs of Royal International Air Tattoo tickets have been made available to young Air League members.

To enter the competition for these tickets, simply identify the aircraft in the attached flyer and then:
• either send your membership number, name, mobil/home number with your selection by email to events@airleague.co.uk.
• or return the flyer to the Air League office.

We must receive your entry by midnight on 12 July 2009.

This year’s Air League banquet will celebrate our centenary, which fell on 17 February and will be held at the Mansion House by kind permission of the Lord Mayor of the City of London.

The Banquet will be used as an opportunity to raise funds and support for the League’s Centenary Appeal, which will be used to sustain the work of The Air League and the Air League Educational Trust.

Our Patron, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, said: "The League has every reason to feel proud of its successes over the last 100 years, and I very much hope that this centenary banquet will both celebrate 100 years of achievement and inaugurate a further 100 years of enthusiastic support of aviation and its associated industries."
