The Prince Philip Flying Scholarship 2007
The scholarship was awarded to Richard Lear from Tring, Hertfordshire. Richard was a Cadet Warrant Officer and now a Civilian Instructor on 2457 (Tring) Squadron ATC and holds a Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award.
